- Action adventure game where changes in sound and music affect the player’s abilities and the environment
Mechanics/Systems

- Sound Control:
- Sound and music can not only be heard, but seen in the game (through shapes, lines and colours)
- Sound manipulation is used to attack and defend
- Controlling speed, tempo, beat and pitch to work against different enemies, or to solve different puzzles
- Creating rhythm and melody can result in combos and stronger moves
- Sound is used against sound for combat
- External Sounds:
- The environment sound effects like BGM also affect the player’s abilities
- Matching the player’s sounds to the same beat as the BGM can result in different boons, or drawing an opponent into an area where their music is incompatible can make them weaker
Story

- Evil music that the player must overturn or destroy?
- Each level is the physical representation of a song, and the player’s goal is to reshape the song
- The player’s character is blind, and the world is a visual representation of sound for the player to navigate: objects that don’t make sound can’t be seen
