narrative elements concerning plot, characters, world

  • The world is in an ice age
  • You play as a Winter Spirit that helps to take care of a small village in the north. In the tutorial, preform acts of kindness and help support the town.
  • Then, you get "harvested" along with all the others by some unknown civilization.
  • They use your kind to power their machines in a steam-punk city. Their goal is to ellinate the ice-age and return the world back to its pristine and life-filled state.
  • In the game, rescue your friends and try to get back home.
  • Moral Ambiguity: Winter spirits are also used to power vital systems in hospitals. What if a small girl is being kept alive by one of your kind?

Scientist Dude: helps you out in the steampunk city. You set up home base in his fridge. He later gets captured and you must free him.
